I was wondering if my Brochure can be about GPNA (Grant Park Neighborhood Association) which would include the Cyclorama, the Zoo, The Farmer's Market, the Coffee House, the Tour of Homes events twice a year, a map of the park, and some other Grant Park events.

I want to do my brochure based upon bee colony disorder. I found a good site with information and will do a brochure explaining what bee colony disorder is and the problems that come from this disorder, the importance of bees, and how it will affect people worldwide.

would like to do mine on either Atlanta Hash House, explaining about the club and upcoming events or The 76th annual atlanta Dogwood Festival. will bring things for both on thursday and will decide then which is stronger

Try to have final direction for tomorrow's class. I think both of these events probably have a lot of existing brochure work. Collect these for research and try to create a new design that is unique in purpose.
Try to confirm by tomorrow whether this will be your design direction. I'm pretty sure you should have a problem working with the HIGH as they have been helpful in the past. Start collecting info (and also get one of their existing brochures). Try not to just recreate what they have already done and design something that has new, insightful purpose.
Both will work but try to have your final pic for tomorrow with some assets already. Think about what your objectives are. Does your brochure showcase existing work in the community or it is more of a submit your design to Living Walls brochure?
I'm not sure what this is yet - but make sure it will be something that inspires creative design work and is not too "wordy, information-based" brochure. start collecting content... think about what's important and what's not... and how you can visualize creatively.
